• other phenomena concerning an academic career (project proposals, project management etc.)
• requirements and financing options

The seminar is carried out by two experienced experts. One expert specialises on consultancy for funding possibilities. The second expert offers expertise on career paths as well as on soft skill training (project management, drafting of research project proposals, constitution of successful lectures, moderation of teams and work groups etc.).
