KISSWIN.DE Multiplier Day in Berlin

The KISSWIN.DE Multiplier Day  “Science as a profession – Career prospects for young researchers” took place in Berlin on 17 January 2012.

The KISSWIN.DE Multiplier Day focused on networking as well as on the exchange of experiences for those being actively involved in funding, consulting and creating career perspectives of young researchers (multipliers).

The aims of the Multiplier Day were:

• Exchange about best practices for dealing with the challenges of academic careers in Germany

• Development of recommendations for action to strengthen career perspectives
